What the website currently uses

Skyline uses session storage for your display currency, property comparison, chosen property intent and search preferences, enquiry attribution and consultation-prompt dismissal, and the page URL for your selected site language. These help the current browsing experience. The hosting platform may use its own necessary authentication and security cookies.

Optional analytics and heatmaps

With your permission, Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, measures visits, form progress, successful enquiries and contact clicks. We do not send form contact details or messages to Analytics. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand clicks, scrolling and browsing through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity loads only after you accept analytics. Page content, including form details, is masked. Advertising storage is denied. Analytics cookies may connect visits. Choose Essential only to browse without optional analytics, or use Cookie settings to change your choice. Your choice is saved in this browser.

External services

Google Maps loads only after you select “Load Google Map”. WhatsApp and other external links open the relevant provider. Their storage practices are governed by their own notices.

Managing storage

Clear site data in your browser to remove local preferences; closing a session normally clears session storage. Clearing data can reset your comparison. The selected language is part of the page URL. Your submitted enquiries remain in the database until handled under the privacy policy.
